Ben Franklin is Co-Sponsoring ITN Event in Harrisburg
This interactive session will feature two nationally known Inc. columnists and co-authors. The Editor-at-large (Bo Burlingham) and monthly Street Smarts’ columnist (Norm Brodsky) will host the session on May 5, 2009, from 6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m., at the Harrisburg University of Science and Technology. Their most recent book, “The Knack, How Street Smart Entrepreneurs Learn to Handle Whatever Comes Up,” was just released in the fall of 2008. Norm Brodsky is a serial entrepreneur who just sold his most recent business, Citi Storage, for several million dollars.
This is a fantastic opportunity for faculty and company owners to network and learn from renowned professionals who have spent their lives in-and-around entrepreneurs and small business. Their expertise and lessons-learned will set the stage for a lively evening. Be sure to bring your questions. This is also a great chance to demonstrate the talent, energy, and innovative activity in this region. I hope you will help ITN make this event a raging success for the region.
The Knack Event is being underwritten by Ben Franklin Technology Partners, CNP, who will announce the winner of their $100,000 Big Idea Business Plan contest, as well as the second place winner, at 6:30 p.m. The Lancaster KIZ and CREDC are also event sponsors. The evening is free to attendees, however, pre-registration is required.
