Discovering Startups (www.discoveringstartups) is a website which reviews startup companies on a daily basis.  Their goals are simple:  their readers get interesting info on startups and the companies get some free PR & traffic.  They accept submissions and like to showcase any and all interesting tech startup companies.  If you are involved in, or know about an interesting startup company, get in touch with them.  The stage or size is not important.   They want info on startups that are interesting, innovative, or revolutionary -however that is defined.  Caveat:  They only cover interesting web-oriented companies that are doing something new or revolutionary.
