STATE COLLEGE, PA – Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Central & Northern PA provides funding and business support services to tech-startups and small manufacturers located in our 32-count footprint. Our seed capital is the financial bridge that links a tech-entrepreneurs limited assets to future investment opportunities from banks, angel, or venture capital groups. Also located in Erie, PA, SimpleSense, Inc., deploys building occupancy sensors that route first responders to victims faster. Located in Brookville, PA, Miller Fabrication Solutions, is working with Lehigh University to develop an improved set of cost estimating tools that can be used to increase the speed and accuracy of their metal fabricating estimating process

Located in Bedford, PA, Mission Critical Solutions, is working with Penn State University to conduct an analysis of metal finned tube foundation (MFTF) designs and performance. The results of the study will enable the likely adoption of MFTFs by engineers and construction companies who develop project specs.
