Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Central and Northern PA (Ben Franklin CNP) today announced that Nicole Keiner has joined the organization as Marketing Specialist. Keiner brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, and public relations.
Most recently, Keiner served as Senior Marketing Strategist at Intrada Technologies, where she led marketing, PR, SEO, and content strategies for clients across a range of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, workforce development, senior care, logistics, real estate, legal, nonprofit, and hospitality. She partnered closely with clients to develop social media, email, content, and media relations campaigns that improved engagement, visibility, and lead generation.
Before joining Intrada, Keiner spent several years as a Strategist at PRworks, where she served as the main communications lead for several brands, managed content calendars, built media relationships, and secured earned coverage across TV, radio, print, and digital platforms. Earlier in her career, she held a series of roles at the Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC, advancing from Events Marketing Manager and Business Marketing Assistant to Director of Communications & Marketing and, later, Assistant Vice President of Communications & Marketing, where she managed PR, supported legislative advocacy, served as a spokesperson, and helped the organization earn more than 500 media mentions each year.
Keiner has earned the Institute of Organizational Management (IOM) designation from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. She volunteers as a youth basketball coach for the Susquenita School District and recently became an alumni leadership mentor for the Williams and Elizabeth Bent Boot Camp for Aspiring Leaders at Commonwealth University Bloomsburg.
“Nicole’s track record building strategic, results-driven marketing and communications programs makes her a great addition to our team,” said Steve Brawley, CEO of Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Central and Northern PA. “Her experience across industries and her deep ties to the region will strengthen how we tell the story of innovation happening across Central and Northern Pennsylvania.”
In her new role, Keiner will support Ben Franklin CNP’s marketing and communications efforts, helping to advance the organization’s work supporting startups, small businesses, and innovators throughout its 32-county region.
